Study On The Evaluation Of The Development Of City Economy Transformation Of Coal Resource

In recent years, the sustainable development of coal resources exhausted cities need to be solved urgently. How to deal with the relationship between economic development and population, resources, environment, to achieve strategic goal of sustainable development, and to get rid of "exhaust" problems, research and analysis of successful transformation of coal resource city mode has great guidance and reference significance for other cities. The industrial structure is so single as to cause a series of social problems such an great development contradictions, emergence of economic recession, social pressure, deteriorating ecological environment, etc. The problems above have greatly exceeded the bearing capacity of coal resource city. The analysis and research are conducted mainly through 3 contents based on the data collected.1. Using the principal component analysis, comprehensive evaluation of economic development status of 11 coal resource-based city selected were acquired and hence get the economic ranking of Xuzhou as a typical coal resources transformation city among coal resource cities. The grey GM(1, 1) model and differential equation model were used to predict Xuzhou city GDP and observe the growth of coal resources transformation cities in 2014 respectively.2. Taking the method of principal component analysis to make the analysis and evaluation of regional competitiveness of Xuzhou City and thus get the increasing trend of its regional competitiveness.3. Construct the comprehensive index evaluation systemThe analysis above shows that it is important to pay attention to relationship between economic development and population, resources, environment in the development of coal resources transformation cities. It is necessary to make full use of government policies, increase investment, adjust the industrial structure, vigorously develop the service industry and the third industry, and to promote employment by innovation, find a sustainable development road for coal resource transformation cities.
