The existence and development of human society is the longlasting problem.In the early years of the founding of China.It requires a high-speed development in economics to pull social progress,a number of coal mine resource cities rised.As the coal resources are non-renewable,after decades of mining,it makes many cities which established on the mine faced with a series of problems,such as Resource exhausted,environmental pollution,industry structure singleness.In the central region of China,this kind of problem in the cities which rely on the coal resources become rather more serious.In order to maintain the development,the problem of city sustainable development is urgent,accelerating city transformation is also imperative.This paper refers to the literature beased on the field research to comprehend the basic elements of the sustainable development and transformation in a city.The city life cycle theory and the theory of city transformation is studied,combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational analysis at the same time. Combined with previous scholars’ experience to study on the Resource city.Then establish index system which secondary index are economy, environment, resources and environment according to the regional characteristics and the research objectives.In order to reflect the objectivity in the evaluation.This paper uses entropy weight method to determine the weights of indexes.In the fuzzy evaluation,this paper introduced a gray correlation coefficient matrix which distinguishing coefficient has been adjusted as the measurement matrix in pleace of the excessive subjectivity expert marking matrix.Finally, according to the actual needs,obtain the final results by the fuzzy operator of matrix multiplication.Subjects in the this study are all in the central region of China.Their traffic and weather conditions are similar,but their mining development degree are different from each other.This way accord with the principle of selection object in the method of Control Variables.This paper analysis the transformation of coal mine resource type city and the direction of transformation of the coal mine resource city according to the fuzzy comprehensive Sustainable development situation evaluation of Pingdingshan, Jiaozuo and Hebi.During the model selection and calculation,it reflect the objective and scientific during weighting the index and the determination of the evaluation matrix.Analysis and evaluation objects and propose the opinions of the transformation of sustainable development beased on the result which beased on the characteristics of evaluation objects.
