Research On The Transformation Of Coal Resource-based Cities In Heilongjiang Province

Coal resource-based cities for Chinese economic development and modernization has made outstanding contributions,but in recent years,the coal city began to decline.Mineral resources are declining,the decline in economic efficiency and other issues have seriously hindered the development of coal cities,urban transformation has been imminent.Heilongjiang Province is a coal resource province,there are four coal resources city,to speed up the transformation of coal city to promote the sustainable development of the economy in Heilongjiang Province has a very far-reaching significance.In the new economic environment,the coal city is facing the problem of production capacity,to inventory pressure,as well as rising unemployment,industrial structure and other problems.Heilongjiang Province,the transformation of coal-based cities is facing a good opportunity to seize the country a new round of the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base of the opportunity,and the national strategy "China made 2025" relative to the scientific transformation of the coal resource-based cities to measure,The impact of coal resource-based urban transformation of the factors in order to enter the new economy in the national economy to accelerate the progress of the transformation of coal cities.Secondly,according to the theory and experience of the research on the transformation of resource-based cities at home and abroad,the author uses the knowledge of regional economics,industrial economics,development economics and other disciplines,and then,based on the theory and experience of resource-based urban industrial transformation,This paper constructs the evaluation index system of coal city transition effect,and evaluates the transformation effect of coal city by analytic hierarchy process.Analysis on the Restrictive Factors of Industrial Transformation in Resource-based Cities by Multiple Linear Regression.Finally,the empirical analysis of Qitaihe in Heilongjiang Province is carried out to evaluate the transformation effect of Qitaihe during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period,and to find out the factors that restrict its transformation effect,and further give a way to speed up the coal resources of Heilongjiang Province Suggestions on the Transformation Process.
