Therefore,the security of urban and rural residents social security funds for the operation has become the primary goal of the urban and rural residents social pension insurance system and stability development.This paper is to study the background,the relevant concepts,the domestic and foreign research status and the theory of the security problem of the social pension funds for urban and rural residents,The risk of social pension funds for urban and rural residents in Heze is analyzed.
