| Today, the competition between enterprises is not only between enterprise individuals, but between different supply chains. Supply chain finance business not only can be an important tool for commercial Banks to market core enterprises, also can enhance sticky with core enterprise, upstream enterprises and downstream enterprises, commercial banks have attached great importance to this business. This article selects commercial bank’s automobile supply chain finance business as the research object, analyzes the different financial needs of upstream suppliers, manufacturers and downstream distributors in the automobile industry. This article selects China Citic bank which is the most outstanding bank in this field to do a case study, Introduces China Citic bank’s credit plan, business process and risk control in automobile supply chain finance. Inspired by the case, this article puts forward to strengthen the electronic level of supply chain finance business, to deepen the study of the core industry and core enterprises, to strengthen the dynamic monitoring of industry and company, and to provide financial service solutions for the whole industry supply chain, hoping to give some reference to commercial Banks to carry out the supply chain finance business. |
