However on the other hand, it has a profound effect on the elements relating to productivity growth, including enterprise scale, capital-intensive, and the average wages, under the comparison with other enterprises, it turn out to be that the productivity of state-owned or collective enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises stands a dramatic leading advantages. After that, using the data from 2005-2007 to analyze how export is to effect the innovation ability,which later conclusion would show that export density is negatively correlated to the value of new products, however the value of enterprises export delivery, TFP, KLR, R&D and staff education expenses have an obvious positive correlation to the innovation of enterprises output.Then, Huawei was choosen as an innovation ability outstanding enterprise. Suggestions on enterprise innovation strategy were brought up based on the analysis of Huawei’s success.Ultimately, both enterprises productivity and technological innovation suggestions about how to develop the export enterprises were shown from the two aspects.
