Time And Space Research On Urbanization Quality And Power Factor Analysis

Urbanization quality is a series of process gathered population, regions, land, economic, social, industrial, way of life, which migrated from rural to urban. High urbanization rate does not represent high quality of urbanization, so correctly evaluation of the urbanization quality development is of great significance to the healthy development of urbanization in China. Principal component analysis and 23 variables from 30 provinces’ economic development, residents live, resources and environment, population, employment, social development, infrastructure and urban and rural integration of seven aspects are used to establish quality score of urbanization indicators. Space-time analysis was carried out on the quality of urbanization. Space perspective analyzed regions differences in quality of urbanization in our country. The results show that 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in five principal component scores and principal component composite scores are not consistent, having different characteristics. Time perspective, analyzed the changes of regional urbanization development from 2005 to 2013. The results showed that transfer situation of urbanization quality can be divided into three categories: the same effect, cluster effect and the effect of the divergence. Compared analysis of urbanization quality comprehensive scores and urbanization rate, it is found that the change trend of urbanization quality score does not agree with the change trend of urbanization rate. Urbanization rate are upward trend strictly and steadily, but the urbanization quality score is Ups and downs. The panel data of 30 provinces from 2005 to 2013 and individual fixed effects model is used to analysis the power factor of urbanization quality. The results showed that the areas on the coefficient of item is the same, on the intercept term is different, positive and negative, Large and small.
