The Study Of Chinese Secretary Office’s Development Model

The main form of Chinese secretary professionalization is secretary office, including other forms of secretarial service provider, which is providing secretarial services as it’s main business and for the purpose of profit. Since March 1989 China’s first secretary office(Wen Zhou University secretary office) was born, many companies started to appear, such as Chong Qing Tong Qin secretary office, Urumqi Jin Shi Urumqi Vocational University secretary office and so on. But over the years, Chinese’s secretary offices has not become bigger and stronger and failed to promote a rapid development of Chinese secretary occupation. This paper argues that the crux of the problem of secretary offices is that their market position were not clear enough and the competition were not fierce enough. This paper will study and discuss this subject. At the beginning of the article briefly reviews the research purpose, significance and the current status of the domestic research. The text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter describes the development process of the Secretary offices, and a detailed analysis of the problems;The second chapter describes the survival environment of foreign secretary offices and its development process, and analysis its business model and successful experience; the third chapter contrast the gap between Chinese secretary office and foreign secretary office; Chapter four explore possible model of the future secretary office; Chapter five discusses preparatory work needs to be done for creat the new secretary office. Finally, the paper points out that only if secretary offices have professional quality, innovative spirit, grasping the market demand and find a reasonable profit way, it can gain a firm foothold in a market economy, completed the mission of Chinese secretary professionalization.
