In recent years,though a large number of senior intellectuals with higher educational background have been recruited by Guangdong province executive secretaries,overall,the secretary group still has uneven business quality and a large proportion of non secretarial professionals.At present,post Secretary employees,from the perspective of education,have different professional quality from junior middle school,high school,junior college,undergraduate to graduate student at various levels.The party and government organs and institutions of the secretary personnel selection process,except for the open recruitment of college students,there is a large part from the grass-roots unit or selection from other industry personnel,these personnel have their own characteristics is a unique ability,such as writing ability,organizational skills,but in the Secretary of the professional quality,sometimes can't adapt themselves to the task,reflected in the legal knowledge,economic management,subordinate relations with other lack of capacity,in the application of modern information technology and processing also show a certain lack of capacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to provide professional training opportunities for the staff of the Administrative Secretaries to achieve better job matching.According to the Guangdong province authorities Secretary retraining to enhance the ability of discovery and exploration,the current Secretary of continuing training has many problems,such as training organization standards,teachers and training materials are not standardized,has not formed a more perfect system of rules and training rules,in all kinds of action units of the state,is a serious waste on the training resources,on the other hand also affected the authority to further improve the quality of literacy of secretarial staff in a certain extent.The Secretary General of the western developed countries and the training work started earlier,after several years of exploration and Practice for quite a long time,has been gradually formed with their respective basic conditions,general secretary of the International Association of personnel;has a relatively mature secretarial training mechanism,occupation requirements form industry secretary.Therefore,to enhance training and occupation ability of government organs Secretary of some western developed countries have carried out reform and adjustment in different degree,based on the general professional occupation requirements,strengthen the secretarial staff occupation skill training,which have achieved successful experience,can be used as a reference in Guangdong province administrative secretarial training work.Therefore,through the research on the status and problems of administrative secretarial training in Guangdong province,to find out the problems,adjust the strategy,put forward countermeasures,for Guangdong province to improve administrative efficiency,maintenance of government image,has a practical role to promote the development of the cause of the Secretary general.The executive secretary of personnel training to enhance the ability of "as the goal,the quality of training for basic skills and practical skills combined,through the cooperation of government agencies,schools,enterprises and institutions,diversified training and effective evaluation,establish a standardized,specialized training system.
