Application Study Of Emotional Quotient In The Secretary Work

Secretary, as a very special kind of profession, exists for serving leadership. It is how to understand the intention of the leadership in the practical work and how to be more perfect to complete the tasks which the leadership gives.These objectives do not only require professional skills,but also need the role of secretary EQ.The thesis is based on the four-factor model of EQ of Daniel Goleman,combined with different discipline theories, such as psychology, management studies,and secretarial science theory.It uses the literature material method, theory reference method, questionnaire investigation, case citation methods, instance to observation method, etc.It tries to establish the SEQ models in the secretarial work, to enhance the level of secretary EQ and guide the secretarial work.The thesis includes five parts: the first part mainly summarizes and comments correlational studies, and points out the main purposes of this thesis. The second part goes through the situation questionnaire of secretary EQ to understand the current situation of secretary and to analyze the existing problems. The third part creatively puts forward the theory of secretary EQ. The fourth part, through a large number of actual work and classic cases, reflects the importance of secretary EQ in all aspects of work. The fifth part is combined with investigation and above case, from the four aspects of the EQ, constructed the model of improve strategy of EQ.And uses the instance observation method to observes the selection object before and after the training, by testing the feasibility and the effects of the EQ strategy.EQ is the soft power of secretary.This thesis puts forward the correct resolution strategy to promote the comprehensive development of a secretary group. This thesis hope it can improve the ability of EQ of secretary.
