| Chinese real estate websites started at the end of the 20 th century, have been through 20 years of development. At present, while facing a new situation of development and innovation,the number of real estate websites is larger than ever, and the competition of real estate website is more fierce than ever. Relating to the "Content is king" of the traditional media,the information content of real estate website decides the quality of itself and impacts the choice of audience in a large degree. Soufun which was born in 1999, with the leading development of time and pace, has become a representative real estate website in China.This study selected Soufun second-hand house net as the research object, through the literature analysis method and content analysis, analyzing the information content of Soufun second-hand house net, pointing out the existing problems, exploring the existence reason, and finding out the related strategy. At the same time, the study provides some suggestions about constructing information content of real estate website in China.There are three types of information content of Soufun second-hand house net, including the housing information, the community data, news and information. With the existing problems and the reasons of these types of information content and the editorial team, this study conclues that Soufun second-hand house net should improve the quality of housing information, optimize the collecting process of community data, strengthen the audience service consciousness of news and information, and cultivate professional ability literacy of editorial team. About the construction of Chinese real estate websites, we should strengthen credibility, professional, and the consciousness of service and innovation. |
