The relationship between leader behavior and employee creativity is well documented by domestic and foreign scholars. However, supervisor delegation as an important leader behavior has not been authorized the attention it deserves and the influence mechanism between delegation and employee creativity has not been revealed. Aiming at fulfilling this research gap, based on the background of China’s high-tech enterprises. This study explores the relationship between delegation and employee creativity, meanwhile, from the social learning theory and self-determination theory, we explore whether employee learning behavior mediates the relationship between delegation and employee creativity, in addition, we also introduce an environmental factor supervisor developmental feedback as a moderator to explore its effect in the relat ionship between delegation and employee creativity.Questionnaire survey is adopt to test the proposed hypotheses, questionnaire are from international authoritative journals, All multi-item scales were translated from English through a scientific procedur es and measured on a Likert scale. The survey sample are R&D personnel in 3 high-tech enterprises in Shenzhen, including 41 supervisors and 146 subordinates. We use SPSS18.0 and AMOS6.0 to test the reliability and validity of the scale and multiple regress ion analysis method to verify the 4 hypotheses in this paper.Through theoretical deduction and empirical research, this study conclude that : Under the background of Chinese culture, delegation has a significant positive effect on employee creativity; Emplo yee learning behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between delegation and employee creativity. Supervisor developmental feedback positive moderates the relationship between employee learning behavior and employees’ creativity; moderated media tion effect of supervisor developmental feedback on e mployee learning behavior is significant. Epilogue discusses the significance and limitations of this study, and points out the possible research directions in the future.
