Russian culture, of all the local cultures in Harbin, which are various and most inclusive, contribute to a greatly favored condition for tourism. Accompanied by the development of tourism and the raise in the demand of visitors, dining activities, in a period of experience-economy, has gradually transformed from a daily routine into a comprehensive culture of experience. Especially for those who are under such circumstances, cuisines of high qualities, which can reflect the local culture, will go in great extent to improve the competence of the tourism destination. Considered as one of the most special gourmet in the country, Russian cuisine is playing such an important role.The competence and appeal of a tourism destination is to be promoted with the improvement of the food cultural resource, conversely, the food cultural resource, itself can be positively developed in result of the attraction of the tourism destination, which is the core idea of the newly born concept, ? Food Culture Tour?. For such purposes, the author is going to set the specially localized Russian food culture resources in the situation of the boom of tourism, carried by the basic facilities in the Russian restaurants, to specifically explore the developing space and strategies of ?Russian culinary culture tourism?.First and foremost, the current features of layouts of facilities in Russian restaurants in Harbin will be analyzed on a macroscopic level. In this paper, the facilities? space strategy and the classification of dining crowd(including regionality, tour intention and dining goal) will be studied relatively, through which the author found that, Russian restaurants and facilities tend to be located near a tourism destination, and only such restaurants and facilities ca n contribute to the the tourism market on the large scale. In other words, the macroscopic space strategy of restaurants and relative facilities need to be closely related in the atmosphere of Russian food tourism.Besides, on the medium level, through the study of location and space strategy of Russian restaurants in a tourism destination, taking Center Street as an example, the author analyze the relativity between the space factors of the blocks(including transporting conditions and place functions) and the popularity of certain Russian restaurants, in order to filter the advantages and disadvantages in the development of Russian restaurants, as well as to build a appropriate model of the locating of Chinese restaurants in historical blocks.Last but not least, the strategy in creation of the space atmosphere in Russian restaurants is to be studied microscopically. The author directly studied the ?experiencing crowd?, so as to further study the preference and understanding of them. Therefore, it is possible to decide the factors which arouse the ?experiencing? awareness. In this paper, particular cases of the representative facilities will be specifically analyzed. The space strategy of Russian restaurants and facilities will be listed, including indoor sp ace, outdoor space and performing space.
