Reflections On Ideas Of Capital Logic In Contemporary China

Capital logic, as one of the hottest issues of high frequency, has been discussed in academic research in China in recent years. You can find the relevant discussion related to capital logic in traditionally Materialist Conception of History, Social Development Theory, Philosophy of Economics or Philosophy of Ecology and so on. Unfortunately, until today academic circles have failed to give a convincing mature theory on the definition, connotation and function of capital logic. Besides, the new situation and new problems,which exists in the capital area in the course of the practice of socialist market economy, needs to be solved with theoretical innovation. This article attempts to make a systematical combing, analysis and reflection of contemporary Chinese views of capital logic, and explains some of the most important issues referred to it.This paper mainly uses the methods of analysis and comparison, and analyzing the concerned literature of domestic and foreign capital. Firstly, it investigates the etymology of capital, mercantile view of capital and capital of classical economics, clarifies several major ideas about capital before Marx and analyzes Marx’s capital from the nature and function of the capital. Secondly, it will analyze and compare the definitions, connotations and effects of capital logic in our academic community. Once again, combining with the reality of the new situation in the development of socialist market economy and aiming at the limitation of domestic capital logic,it focuses on the issues of socialist legality of capital, appearance of new forms of capital and traditional concept of capital as well as other ethical issues of ecological environment caused by capital logic. Finally, using the method of Phenomenology essence to restore, it will analyze the nature of capital logic and concludes that capital logic is essentially institutional carnalism.There is no specialized studies on capital logic in China, so in a way the results of the research will make up for the deficiency. In this paper, the analysis and elaboration of some theoretical problems in the practice of China’s socialist market economy has a certain degree of originality and as a result, lays a foundation for further research in this field.
