As every country has its own historical and cultural experience, it has influence on management way. Many companies have human resource department. The function is to maximize employee performance of an employ’s strategic objectives. HR department and units in an organization usually undertake a number of activities, including employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal and rewarding.In this research, we took two companies to find out about what is the same and what is different in HR management. Also we wanted to know if it was based on cultural differences.Finally, this paper figured that firms could use the findings to develop and plan the human resource policies, and gave some advices to improve companies’ way of leading. Sometimes it could be better to give an employee more freedom for making decision. Level of job satisfaction doesn’t refer to salary rate every time. Also, status in a company means a lot for an employee.
