China's reform and opening up have been carried out for 40 years since 1978.Chinese economy have developed rapidly and the number of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises has increased sharply.The competition among enterprises has become stronger and stronger.It is the direction of every enterprise to know how to stand out and occupy the favorable position in the crucial markets.Most companies have realized the core position of human resource management in the enterprise for the reason that employees are the most important core competencies of the enterprise.Nowadays,low employee satisfaction,frequent absenteeism,and even serious problems such as the great loss of employees occur to many companies.Therefore,the urgent problem for the enterprises is how to retain employees,to improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging,and to maximize employee motivation.This paper takes the state-owned enterprise XCE company as a sample for employee satisfaction survey.The aim is to know the job satisfaction of XCE employees with the methods of personal interview and questionnaire survey,which is mainly from the work itself,work rewards,work environment,work group,and enterprise management.Data statistics and analysis are carried out to find out the main problems,and measures for targeted improvement of employee satisfaction,providing an important basis for further improvement of management methods.After the analysis and the research,this paper proposes to adopt specific measures of four aspects which are perfecting competitive salary and assessment system,refining logistics support work,improving staff's career planning development system,and providing a platform for employees' self-realization.These measures will further improve employee satisfaction,enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of XCE companies,and promote its healthy development.
