In the knowledge economy era, knowledge sharing can promote the rapid flow of knowledge and strengthen the collaboration within the enterprise. It?s also an effective way to develop and utilize the knowledge resources. With the enterprise-scale expansion and the development of Internet technology, enterprises turned to focus on the construction of internal corporate social platform, hoping it can replace the previous informal, fragmented social system gradually and promote the smooth sharing of knowledge. Since much research showed that the internal SNS members are unwilling to sharing knowledge, how to guide the sharing behavior becomes a challenge of enterprise. This research built a theoretical model of knowledge-sharing factors based on the perspectives of Motivation-Opportunity-Ability(MOA) framework after a carefully review of theory related to knowledge sharing and SNS. The research illustrates how self-efficacy, expected reciprocation, the structure of the social network and organizational trust influence knowledge sharing of internal SNS and put forwarded the hypotheses accordingly. This thesis collected data by the approaches of questionnaires survey and did an empirical analysis by using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that self-efficacy, expected reciprocation, the structure of the social network and organizational trust both have a positive impact on knowledge sharing. In addition, different dimensions of the expected reciprocation, social networks and organizational trust showed some difference in the degree of positive impact on the knowledge sharing. Suggestions based on the result also can be a guideline for enterprise?s knowledge management.
