Knowledge sharing is one of the key factors of Knowledge management. However, many studies have shown that knowledge sharing is difficult. There are many reasons cause this problem, such as: the enterprise's system, business environment, employee's factor, the characteristics of knowledge (implicit and explicit knowledge) and so on. For knowledge management research, the current domestic research focus on the innovation of enterprise management systems or creating a good atmosphere of knowledge sharing and so on, while using the social network analysis methods to improve the organization knowledge sharing is still less. This thesis uses the Social Network Analysis methods and the associated visualization tool, drawing the direction of knowledge flows within the organization, finding experts, key persons, knowledge flow bottlenecks, breakpoints and isolated point of knowledge within the organization. This information will help identify organizational knowledge sharing and can be used to improve the organization's knowledge management.There are many researches on knowledge management, knowledge sharing and social network analysis, and have made a lot of research results. In this paper, we are focusing on the social network analysis methods in knowledge-sharing application, hoping these methods can improve the organization's knowledge management and improve the organization's productivity and creativity.The key question of this paper is: how to discover the knowledge sharing problems in the organization analyze the problem by using the relevant visual tool and finally give the suggestions of improvement. The steps is: First of all, designing questionnaire,drawing matrix, and then using social network analysis chart drawing knowledge sharing map. Knowledge managers can find the key node by using the map and the Degree index, and then analyze their knowledge and skills. This information can provide a reference to help the managers to assess the current state of collaboration, take some technical methods to accelerate knowledge flow across organization.The workers in the center who can access more knowledge resources. In the network, this node can be close and fast access to more knowledge and transfer information with less time and lower cost, also this node played the role of a bridge to guide the knowledge flow and sharing. This information will help the organization to carry out knowledge management and knowledge sharing activities, and this study has important research significance and practical value.
