The Research On The Core Elements Of The O2O’s Business Model

The Internet is playing a more and more important role in our life, and it becomes a platform for the interaction of virtual world and real world. The appearance of new transactions in the internet has heightened the demand for design,and 020 is one of the new transactions in this platform. However, in the current the O2O’s development is not yet stable and mature, most of the entrepreneurs are confuesd in the O2 O closed-loop phase. How to analyze O2 O business model and find its core elements are very important.First, by studying the literature, we defined O2O’s concept for: O2 O is a new business model that our daily living services could be serviced through the interaction of the online(virtual world) with the offline(real-world).Secondly, we used the value net theory to construct the O2O’s business model, and identified the seven basic business model elements: Customers, Telecommunicaton Service Providers, Content providers, Service providers, Software providers, Online payment platform and the Offline Corporate Entities. Then we used the Delphi method to find out the secondary and the third elements of the O2 O business model.Finally, we use the Analytic Network Process(ANP) method analyzed and identified the core elements of O2 O business model, followed by the Customers, Telecommunicaton Service Providers, Software providers and online payment platform. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the O2 O business model from the perspective of the overall value, you can start from the core elements, which could reach the win-win situation and has a positive meaning to all the participants.In short, we use the value net theory and the Delphi method constructed the framework of the O2 O business model, followed we use the Analytic Network Process(ANP) method to find out the core elements. Our purpose is to analyze and identify the core elements of the O2O’s business model, which has the significance meaning and the reference value to the enterprises.
