The economic hotels development only more than 10 years in China, which is a new form in China's hotel industry and creating national brands in key areas of the hotel also, has a tremendous business opportunities. As foreign brands have entered the economy hotel market in China, the occupation of growing market share more and more, which have serious impact on china's economy hotel market. As China's economy hotels-depth development, China's economy hotel market competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer, and showing a standardized operation and management, business model chain, business services brand, such as development trends.At the same time, the problem has become more prominent in China's economic hotel development, the lack of standardized management, unclear property rights, lack of scale, the market is not balanced, lower the industry threshold, etc, one of the most serious problem which is the lack of core competitiveness, serious impact on the development of China's economic hotels, resulting competitiveness insufficient in China's economy hotel market to difficulty with foreign brand hotels powerful economic competition.To rapid nurture the core competitiveness of China's economic hotel, the paper from the point of the constitute elements of the core competitiveness to enhance the competitiveness of core in China's economic hotel. First,define the constituent elements of the competitiveness core on economic hotels and their mutual relations, the constitute elements of the economic hotels'core competitiveness is that: talent, the hotel culture, marketing capability, management capability, brand, and these elements are mutually reinforcing and mutual influence, which are the organic component of the economic hotels'core competitiveness.Analysis of the existing problems as well as macro-and micro factors,,which impact on the enhance of competitiveness of the core in China's economic hotels at the same time. The question is that more professional personnel is Scarce, lack of characteristics of the hotels cultural, inadequate of the market positioning and marketing capacity, management methods and business model behind, less well-known brands. The macro factors is that the concept lag, lack of effective national industry management policies. The microeconomic factors which is the basic elements of mutual support, the constituent elements of the ability to raise awareness.To clarify the concept of understanding of the economic hotel, regulate trade management, give full interaction play to all phases of the elements and establish an effective upgrade the core competitiveness of the evaluation methods, a sense of focusing on cultivating the various elements of the core competitiveness, such as the development of countermeasures.Finally, as the best hotel chain which is Rujia for the case in China's economy hotel market, analysis of the cultivation measures of the core competitiveness.
