The study focused on the C hinese enterprises in the face of economic globalization and rapid technological change brought about by the dynamic competitive environment, as well as internal changes required due to domestic industrial structure overcapacity and intensified conflicts caused by background, corporate strategy leaders how to play personal leadership, the role of enterprises to obtain good performance of the play. In the existing study of Strategic Leadership Leadership and corporate performance, and less depth in which the mechanism of action, that little research strategy how leaders through their Leadership on the development and implementation of corporate strategy, resource investment building core competencies such as the role of business to influence business performance. Therefore, the main objective of the study is: combined with the current dynamic environment of the background, from the perspective of corporate strategic flexibility in leadership behavior uncover corporate strategy leadership role on the business performance of the black box. The study is based on the existing theories, select transformational leadership of C EO as an independent variable, strategic flexibility as an intermediary variable, firm performance as the dependent variable, environmental dynamic and TMT atmosphere as the moderator, research the realationship among the transformational leadership of CEO, the strategic flexibility and the firm performance.This study has used the theoretical analysis and empirical research method. Firstly, reviewed the research of transformational leadership, strategic flexibility, TMT and the team atmosphere, etc. and then found the breakthrough point. Secondly, studied the role of business leaders in the C hinese context and defined the role of CEO and executive team, and then built the framework of research and proposed assumptions. Forthly, designed the empirical research, collected and analysis the data. Finally, test hypotheses, explore the empirical results and draw conclusions. This study selected the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange for more than three years of continuous normal operation(established before 2011) of the A-share listed companies for the study, with the help of the research were collected from 315 companies from 23 provinces in the country located in 13 industries listed companies as samples. Through a database to collect data questionnaires and CSMAR, among which feature the use of transformational leadership questionnaire collected CEO and executive team atmosphere and flexible business strategy and other data, access to data from other business performance and the basic situation of enterprises through the database. The basic relationship between the use of descriptive statistics and analysis of the characteristics and variables related variables, and then integrated using structural equation modeling and linear regression analysis model to test the hypothesis, the study concluded.Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing, the main conclusions drawn in this study are: CEO of transformational leadership effectiveness has been verified in the C hinese context, corporate strategic flexibility can play a positive impact on firm performance also had a positive to the role; atmosphere of trust within TMT can play an effective influence CEO transformational leadership behaviors; companies do good business performance can be obtained by increasing the company’s strategic flexibility, and C EO transformational leadership ability through strategic flexibility of performance a positive impact on the intermediary role is not clear, need further study; environmental dynamic is an important moderator, environmental dynamic in a flexible corporate strategy a nd business performance relations play a positive regulatory role, but with a more complex role in the regulation of the relationship between C EO leadership behavior flexible and corporate strategy, in simple terms, when the dynamics of the business enviro nment in the middle and the low, the environment has played a positive dynamic the regulatory role, and when the environment is too high when the dynamic impact of transformational leadership on corporate strategic flexibility C EO will be weakened, dynamic environment plays a negative regulatory role.Significance of this study lies in the difficulties can select corporate CEO as research subjects, to supplement the existing studies of transformational leadership in senior leadership samples regret, on the other hand choose to explore the effectiveness of the C hinese context and application of transformational leadership, and satisfy the desire of the Chinese leadership effectiveness practice guidance. Discussion on the concept of strategic flexibility and effectiveness of more flexibility in how to build a business strategy research started late, it is the lack of strategic leadership from the perspective of research strategies to enhance the flexibility of this study from the perspective of transformationa l leadership behaviors CEO departure, make up blank existing research, but also for the practice of pointing out a strategy to enhance the flexibility of the road. In the study on the role of environmental dynamics found an interesting phenomenon and realistic, as the theoretical basis for further study, but also provide some guidance for practice and learn from experience.
