Management compensation is a key component of corporate management, with the rapid growth of the reform of China’s distribution system, the labor market continued to improve its position. Enterprises in human resource management and development, compensation management is a core part, reasonable and effective compensation management system can inspire enthusiasm of employees, so that employees strive to accomplish business goals through, enhancing the efficiency of enterprises, while talent in an increasingly competitive economic times to attract and retain talented employees, create a business with good quality and competitive workforce.In this paper, a more comprehensive study of the company’s remuneration HR management solutions. Through questionnaires and field interviews, combined with the company’s internal HR management information, a detailed study analyzes the status of HR management remuneration and problems, the company presented a comprehensive remuneration HR specific content management solution design. First, the article discusses the basic theory of compensation management; salary management system then analyzes the current status of HR company and its depth from various angles the problems; then discuss HR remuneration management optimization strategies; Finally, we discuss the implementation of the new program HR Remuneration safeguards.In this paper, based on careful analysis of domestic and foreign pay incentive theory, the HR company as a research object, using a combination of theory and practice, field research analysis method, compensation management theory comprehensive introduction to the HR of the company’s compensation system design, the establishment of an overall compensation strategy for the company to attract, retain talent plays an important role. This paper studies the improvement of the company’s remuneration HR management system to make it more rational and effective, has important practical implications for HR development of the company, a sustainable competitive advantage for the company to provide support; while Chinese enterprises to explore China’s national conditions conform to compensation management culture and salary management system provides a certain reference value.
