Research On The Development Of Cultural Tourism Resources Of The County

County cultural tourism is an important part of China’s cultural tourism industry development, and the development of scientific evaluation of cultural tourism resources is the basic premise of the stable and sustainable development. Due to the limitation of the current development of thinking, leading to the county cultural tourism in the development process generally exist in the following problems: the development of the concept of the lack of systematic, holistic and comprehensive, professional talent shortage of tourism resources development planning, cultural tourism product form a single, low efficiency of resource allocation and the over emphasis on economic growth. In order to adapt to the current development situation of our country and meet the rapid, sustainable development requirements,the selection of scientific and cultural tourism resources evaluation system,evaluation model and resource development mode is very necessary.In this paper, the county as the research object, according to the information and data collected, the resource characteristics of in-depth analysis, establishes the evaluation index system of cultural tourism resources. In order to analyze the evaluation of cultural tourism resources and the development of Yichuan County environment from an objective point of view,this paper chooses to build cultural tourism resources evaluation model of fuzzy clustering method, the quantitative description of Yichuan County Cultural Tourism Resources and the development of the environment, effectively avoiding the distortion caused by the subjective factors, and improve the accuracy of cultural tourism resource evaluation. The research and analysis shows that, Yichuan County cultural tourism resources, but public serviceinfrastructure is relatively backward, resulting in Yichuan County culture through out the development value of tourism resources is only C.The innovation of this paper is based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of cultural tourism resources, combining symbiotic theory of biology, Yichuan County is tailored for a set of cultural tourism resources development of "mutual symbiotic integration model", and gives some suggestions on the basis of the model for the development of cultural tourism resources,improve the environmental induction of Yichuan County mechanism:the management specialization, standardization, improving the cultural tourism development ideas;strengthening symbiotic mechanism, giving full play to the complementary advantages of resources, to build cultural tourism products, joint development, the overall marketing, support conditions to build, building information network platform;slow symbiotic damping mechanism:to provide policy support, good professional talent development. This provides a theoretical reference and data support for the development of cultural tourism resources in the future planning of Yichuan county.
