Studying On Customer Delivered Value View Of The Elderly Residence Value Optimization

According to statistics, the number of elderly population in China has reached 216 million, and is the top in the world, by 2014.In our country, there is a contradiction between the rapid growth of the elderly population a serious shortage of pension beds,which has prompted a large number of enterprises into the pension market. Based on this background,this paper explore the value chain optimization model of the old residential development enterprise, from the perspective of customer delivered value. In order to make its products meet customer needs, but also to achieve their own interests maximum.The paper studies the value chain and the elderly residence by analyzing and summary,and researches the customer delivered value and the evolution of the real estate enterprises in the value chain.The consumption needs of the elderly in Xi’an city as the basis, build the value of the elderly residence development enterprise from the perspective of customer delivered value. Analysis of the questionnaire of endowment residence customer demand by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0,and put forward the way to reconstruct the value chain of the elderly residence development enterprise;in the end,build the value of the elderly residence development enterprise from the the perspective of customer delivered value.This research provide the elderly residence development enterprise a way to redefine the enterprise value chain by connecting customer delivered value,and find a way to realize the maximization of enterprise profit and the customer delivered value. This paper was expected to provide a theoretic guide for the elderly residence development enterprise.
