The Asymmeric Symbiosis Between China-U.S. Economic And Its Influence On Chinese Export Trade

By China and American years of unremitting efforts, their economic cooperation becomes closer than before, the symbiotic relationship between China and the US economic has been formed. However, the economic strength of the two countries makes the symbiotic relationship has asymmetry. As a veteran of capital-intensive country,the US status in the world economy can not be doubt, while Chinese economy just rise. Therefore the US takes the leading position of the asymmetry relationship easily. In recent year, due to the impact of the global economic crisis, many countries’ export have suffered varying degrees of impact, Chinese export trade is not only impact by the economic crisis, but also is in a critical period of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. Thus, the study of China and the US economic asymmetry symbiosis and the asymmetry impact on Chinese export trade, has theoretical and practical value to the healthy、stable and rapid development of our export trade.In this paper, analyzes the asymmetry symbiosis between China and the US economic from the trade, finance. First, use the basic elements of the symbiotic to elaborate relationship between China and the US economic overall, from points of trade scale, trade intensity index, direct investment and financial investment to analyze relationship between China and the US economic symbiotic specifically. Through the analysis find the relationship is asymmetry.Try to explore the formation mechanism of asymmetry symbiosis between between China and the US economic, by analyzing the national policies, financial market system, the status of the national currency. Then use HM index to verify the asymmetry symbiosis between China and the US economic indicators, find the asymmetry is real. The asymmetry symbiosis are reflected both in China—US trade and financial sectors, and China is in a passive position. Against the asymmetry symbiosis between China and the US economic, from the perspective of Chinese export trade, make a qualitative analysis of the asymmetry symbiosis between China and the US economic influence on Chinese export trade structure, merchandise category, competitiveness and capital position, reveals the symbiosis asymmetry between China and the US has a negative impact on Chinese export trade. On this baics, combined with asymmetry symbiotic between China —US economic index and Chinese export trade data from 1990—2013 to do multiple regression analysis. From the results show that symbiotic asymmetric between China and the US trade has a significant impact on Chinese export trade, mainly on Chinese import trade from the US; symbiosis asymmetric China and the US financial does not have a significant impact on export trade. Finally against symbiosis asymmetry between China and the US economic influence on Chinese export trade propose corresponding solutions.
