After issuing No.1 file from Shanghai municipal government,the duty of investment promotion has isolated from local government which is going to provide better service for citizens.Xuhui district responds to the No.1 file to establish new form of six functional district companies and two platform companies to serve all the enterprises,others decide to make public agencies to take the responsibility.H company is one of functional district companies.To attract potential enterprise audience to locate,maintain relationship of current enterprise audience and promote good corporation environment for a long time,which have become an urgent and important research subject.This thesis applies target audience corporation theory,investor behavior theory,customer relationship management theory as guide,with analyzing political environment of investment management,economic situation and competitive circumstances to prospect the condition and issues of enterprise audience corporation.According to the demands of enterprises in regard to geographical convenience,policy support,service quality and image promotion to put forward strategies and implementation plan to promote corporation between H company and enterprises audience.I hope the research achievements will have referential meaning to investment management in Xuhui district.
