Project Schedule Management is an indispensable part of project construction, which plays an extremely important role in it. The major points of this thesis are as follows:(1) This thesis aims to establish the disturbing factors set by researching the scheduling robustness of chemical projects under EPC mode with the help of literature survey, questionnaire, summary and induction of previous chemical projects. At the same time, the thesis gets 16 essential disturbing factors by evaluating and scoring all these factors. Meanwhile, it makes clear the weights order of these disturbing factors according to the analytic hierarchy process.(2) Providing a targeted probe of the breadth and depth of the disturbing factors to each step of the project. It also offers a summarized prediction of the impact that the disturbing factors put on each step of the project. Then the thesis will further judge the disturbing weights in different steps of the project.(3) The research aims to work out a robust schedule that can be resistible to these disturbing factors and suitable to changed internal and external circumstances through researching. In the end, the paper will testify the feasibility of the research above with real cases.The establishment of robust schedule can effectively decrease the destruction of disturbing factors, direct the project implementation, make the project construction orderly, sustaining and controllable. Thus it will guarantee the success implementation of the scheduling and economic benefits. At the same time, it can provide a brand new perspective for project decision-making and schedule-setting in the future, and raise the management level of projects.
