Analysis On The Influencing Factors With Improved DEMATEL And Scheduling Forecast Of Overseas Project Schedule

With the "Going out" Strategies and "One Belt,One Road" policy popularized,the number of overseas projects is increasing.Whether it is from the perspective of humanity,climate,environment of the project location,or considering the organization and technology of the project management,there is a gigantic difference between overseas projects and domestic projects.Therefore,the schedule management of overseas projects is more complicated and difficult.Make the schedule management to ensure the project is completed on time and in good quality,which is a matter that contractors need to be cautious about.The thesis,from the perspective of the contractor,introduces following ideas about the influencing factors of the schedule control of overseas project.First of all,taking into account the special environmental conditions,and expounding the characteristics and current situation of overseas project management.Secondly,due to the differences between the overseas projects and domestic project,the factors that affect the schedule of overseas projects have been identified by using literature analysis and actual project research.Then,the mutual influence of various factors has been calculated using the improved DEMATEL method.In addition,the key factors and their corresponding countermeasures are found under comprehensive analysis.After that,to determine the parameters of the influencing factors of the schedule control,and to establish the prediction model of the construction period based on BP neural network.Finally,taking a project in Pakistan as an example,this thesis empirically analyzes the application of the two models in the actual project,and the result is also in line with the actual situation.In this thesis,we use the improved DEMATEL method to study the factors that affect the schedule of overseas projects and find the key factors.Then,the BP neural network model is used to predict the construction period.Eventually,it is proposed some corresponding control strategies and suggestions,so as to provide a scientific reference for the schedule control of other overseas projects.
