Research on non-public technological employee-organization relationship(EOR) is mainly from the perspective of outsiders to give advises and tactics,but without consideration of relationship soft power itself has been unable to meet the development trend. The inside structure and generation mechanism ofEOR’s soft power of non-public technological enterprise needs to be made clear.1、On the basis of social exchange theory,this article explores the structure of EOR of non-public technological enterprise,then initially analyses EOR’s soft power of non-public technological enterprise from the perspective of dynamic feedback, combine swap from employee and organization with the relationship as the medium,this article further explores the mechanism of EOR’s soft power of non-public technological enterprise.2、By factor analysis, path analysis and hierarchical regression analysis with data of 12 non-public technological enterprise,the empirical result shows that four dimensions are included in soft power model instrument,that is labor relation,relationship performance,organizational effectiveness and brand reputation;Perceived organizational support of EOR has a significant positive effect on labor relation and organizational effectiveness;Leader-member exchange of EOR has a significant positive effect upon relationship performance;Psychological contract fulfillment of EOR has a significant positive impact on brand reputation.Moreover,human resource management positively moderates the relationships between perceived organizational support and labor relations, perceived organizational support and organizational effectiveness,psychological contract fulfillment and brand reputation,meanwhile,emotional commitment plays a positive mediator role between leader-member exchange and relationship performance.
