Corporate culture is an objective phenomenon. There have corporate culture as there have corporate. But small and medium enterprises to set up a short time because of its smaller size, and other characteristics in the development stage, corporate managers often pay attention to the growth of enterprises and economic benefits dominant hard power of growth and expansion of the scale, etc., while ignoring the corporate culture construction of soft power, ignoring the growth of soft power. By studying the relationship between cultural soft power to SMEs and enterprise performance, exploring the soft power of culture to SMEs performance impact mechanism, highlighting the importance of soft power of culture, causing the importance of SMEs and their managers make specific recommendations on corporate culture building soft power.Firstly, the relevant concepts and theories briefly, the theoretical foundation for writing papers; secondly theoretical model of cultural soft power and Firm Performance of SMEs were constructed, drawing in small and medium enterprises and cultural soft power Denison’s cultural characteristics of the model selected twelve measuring dimensions, in terms of the performance of small and medium enterprises selected two dimensions profitability and growth, then put forward the hypothesis of this paper- each evaluation dimension of corporate culture and soft power their overall performance, corporate performance and corporate profitability growth performance are positively correlated and designed the questionnaire used in this article; then use SPSS18.0 software questionnaire collected data were analyzed by analysis of small sample survey the questionnaire was amended, the official sample survey data by the reliability and validity, were carried out to its factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the results of the regression analysis for SMEs cultural soft power and a positive business performance correlation between the dimensions of cultural soft power and overall performance and growth performance there is a positive correlation between "objective vision" and "social responsibility" in two dimensions and corporate profitability there is no correlation between performance; Finally, according to the results of the regression analysis to identify affect the performance of small and medium enterprises out of the key elements of organizational learning culture, empowerment, teamwork, customer orientation, innovation and excellent interpersonal harmony, non-critical elements of a performance-oriented culture, cultural identity, coordination and integration, social responsibility, core values and Based on the above vision and goals of the six key elements of the cultural construction of cultural soft power SMEs made recommendations: strengthening organizational learning, proper authorization, strengthen teamwork, strengthen customer orientation, the pursuit of excellence and innovation to create a harmonious interpersonal relationships.
