Study On Risk Management Of Dalian Metro Project

Since this century, in the background of China’s sustained economic development, many large cities have begun to build the subway project, in order to meet the needs of the development of urbanization. At present, the country has 10 cities built a subway line and put into operation, there are more than 30 cities in the planning and construction of metro projects, according to relevant statistics, by 2020, China’s total length of subway lines will be more than 7000 kilometers, the scale of investment will be 3000000000000 yuan. In the course of the construction of metro projects, many problems have emerged, and many risk events have occurred, and have caused some damage. This indicates that China’s risk management awareness and ability in the subway project planning and construction, lack of risk management expertise and management experience. The root cause of this problem lies in the lack of risk management in China. The research of risk management in our country starts late, the research results are relatively few, and the degree of the combination of the results and the actual situation also need to be strengthened.Based on this situation, this paper focuses on the risk management of Dalian metro construction project (D), which is based on the 1 and 2 line (referred to as construction project). The research method is to identify risk, risk assessment and risk assessment of D project. On the basis of the different types of risk to provide a risk response measures, including risk reduction, risk prevention, risk prevention, risk transfer, risk avoidance, risk acceptance and risk reserve and other response measures. At the same time, the risk management process of D project is put forward, which is the guarantee of organization, risk management mechanism, monitoring mechanism, perfect risk management system and risk management system.The purpose of this study is to summarize a set of effective risk management model through the research of D project, which provides a valuable reference for the two phase project and the future Metro project planning, design and construction.
