There are a large number of non-commercial vehicles and the retired official vehicle in every brands of CHINA FAW GROUP, how to disposal these non-commercial vehicle and retired official vehicle is one of the focus to create a conservation-minded enterprise. In saving energy and reducing consumption, comprehensive utilization of resources in operation, save energy, improve efficiency, protect the environment and improve the economic efficiency of advanced enterprises, will certainly to promote the construction of a conservation-m inded society important normal and leadership.In this paper, the non-commercial vehicle of FAW group is divided into allowed to sell and not allowed to sell. The vehicle that not allowed to sell should enter the scrap process, and the vehicle that allowed to sell should enter the sales process.The vehicle that not allowed to sell shou ld enter the s crap process, The vehicle recycling, scientific recovery and econom ic development can prom ote the recycling and utilization of iron and stee l resources in Chin a. Through to dom estic and foreign newspapers w aste analysis of the current situation of the development of the car and the FAW Group Company scrap situation analysis is mainly to solve non goods vehicles in sales of vehicle id entification and finally the measure and significance.Vehicles that can be sold in the non-comm ercial vehicle should enter the sales process. Vehicle identification, vehicle m aintenance, vehicle detection, inspection procedures, announcement query steps. Each step should be issued a report, stri ct control of product quality. After a series of identification, detection can determ ine the quality of non-commercial vehicle can reach or exceed the standard of the product can be sold.
