Network Vehicle is a green travel mode as a shared economy has changed our lives.On the other hand,online car rental,which is a typical form of Network Vehicle.Currently Network Vehicle only uses first-served vehicle allocation methods and fixed-price pricing methods,cause the problem of unequal distribution of vehicle resources and unreasonable pricing,injuring users enthusiasm.This paper studies the use of bidding mechanism to solve the problem of vehicle allocation and pricing of network vehicles,and improves the overall social welfare,vehicle utilization,and user experience.Besides,based on the network about vehicle service,a multi-demand bidding mechanism application framework is proposed and applied to online car rental to solve the problem of allocation and pricing of rental vehicles.It includes two algorithms: vehicle resource allocation algorithm and price payment.In the vehicle resource allocation algorithm,the equivalent network flow model for the leased vehicle bidding problem is used to obtain the optimal solution to the vehicle allocation problem using the minimum cost maximum flow algorithm.In the price payment algorithm,a truthful VCG price algorithm is used to calculate the final payment price of the user.Based on the vehicle usage of the car rental platform,an experimental scheme was designed and the experimental success rates of order success rate,platform revenue,and calculation efficiency were proposed.The experimental results show that the use of bidding mechanism of car rental,compared to the first-to-first-serve approach to increase the success rate of orders 20%-30%,the overall revenue of the platform will increase by 30 percentage points,to obtain better results,and have a trusted bid,the most Optimize the distribution of vehicles,the advantages of elastic price demand.At the same time,it also proves the feasibility of the multi-demand bidding mechanism framework proposed in this paper.
