Analysis On The Growth Of Coal Listing Corporation Based On Financial Perspective

The growth of coal listed companies is common concerned by the enterprises’ corporate stakeholders, such as the investors, managers and creditors, and is also the inevitable requirement of sustainable development of enterprises. But the stakeholders in different level evaluate the growth of enterprises differently. Therefore, by using appropriate evaluation method, it is that the paper’s research significance is to give a in-depth analysis on the current operating conditions, to look for the development direction and space of enterprises, to provide effective decision-making basis for the enterprise managers, and to offer reference to the investment direction and asset security of investors and creditors.(1) By using some research models such as literature analysis, questionnaire method, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and efficacy coefficient etc, the paper had combed the related research theories of enterprise growth, analyzed the current situation of the coal industry of listed companies in China, and constructed the growth evaluation system of coal listed company.(2) By using the theory of empirical research, the paper made an evaluation and had sorted of the growth ranges of 38 coal listed companies, dividing the interval of, according to the comprehensive scores, that one company belongs to high growth companies, twelve belong to less-high growth, eighteen to mid-growth, five to less-low growth, two to low growth. It had made a reason analysis upon this foundation.(3) Based on the above research, the dissertation had proposed corresponding policy suggestions of five aspects on coal listed company growth in terms of realizing coal industry informatization by promoting innovation management, advancing integration process by holding foundation and developing coordinately, promoting the growth ability of coal enterprises by optimizing the financial structure, regulating the coal market mechanism by strengthening the industry control, establishing the human resource development system, training system and incentive system.This paper has an important theoretical and practical significance on revealing the growth factors of coal listed companies and promoting enterprises’ healthy and sustainable development.
