Forest cultivation and consumption urbanization leads to long storage and transportation distance of company’s main product, and product quality is not stable. How to control the quality of the cold chain logistics of shanhei pig is the key for enterprise to open the market.Basing on the study of factors which affect the quality control of shanhei pig, combining the relevant research of experts and scholars at home and abroad, analyzing quality control method and key factor analysis method, the paper established the cold chain logistics quality control method of shanhei pig. On the study of cold chain logistics theory and its components, the feasibility of establishing the quality standard of cold chain logistics is analyzed, the framework of quality control of cold chain logistics system is presented, and Baishan Tianze Forest Agricultural Development Limited Company is taken as an example, analyzing the process and standards of its quality control of cold chain logistics. The paper put forward countermeasures and implementation plans for enterprise’ product quality control.
