Research On The Application Of The Buyer Operation Mode Of Chinese Clothing Enterprises

With the concept of buyers in the country has been widely cognitive, More and more Fashion Companies apply this model into business operations, that bring good economic returns of enterprises. The buyer operating model take buyer as the core, is driven by market demand, respect the consumer demand, is a highly efficient operation mode. However, when the domestic enterprises are applying buyers operating mode, it is necessary that according to their own situation to improve, to find their own strengths and combine with it, to form a scientific and standardized operating mode.This paper mainly introduces the basic concept of the buyer as well as the current situation at home and abroad, and made a simple classification for the buyer; This article focuses on research buyers operating mode, and the buyer profession; This paper studies the buyers business model in the enterprise application, analyzes the business model of how buyers throughout all aspects of the operation of the fashion business; This article cited two cases that buyers operating mode of fashion companies, and do a comparison and analysis for them.
