With the rapid development of economy, Trend change faster, Consumer demand is changing。In recent years, a lot of buyer's brands have sprung up in major cities of China. With its rapid response to fashion and efficient operation system, Consumers like it very much。As a kind of new mode, buyer's brands integi t is still a blank state in the study of fashion academic. rate each link of Industry Chain and maximum exert the advantages of intangible assets, the vigorous development of it will bring Positive impact to the transformation of Chinese garment industry and the development of the fashion industry. However, except several reports from the media.In this paper, Brand Management, Marketing, Systems theories as a guide, the methods of literature research, interview research, case study, are used to get the conclusion. It will analyze the definition of buyer's brand, the development superiority and it's current situation, emphatically analyze three different operation modes of buyer's brand, discuss the difficulties in operation of Small buyer's brand and find some solutions. And then, I will combine the experience of my practice to summarize the Points of how to manage a Small buyer's brand.Through the investigation and analysis, I can get a conclusion that the development of buyer's brand is in accordance with Industry development trend and it will not only bring Positive impact to the Chinese garment industry, but also provides a new model to the enterprise.At present, fashion buyer's brands shows ascendant trend in China and still have large space to development. But, it also face with many difficulties, the Managers need to improve their way of thinking and the ability of operation. In the process of development, it is best to attract investment to the brand, it will conducive to the brand stronger, bigger.
