With the rapid development of China’s economy, the rapid expansion of China’s economic hotel market and variety of small and medium sized economic hotel has emerged. At the same time, the economic hotel market is becoming more and more competitive. How to improve the competitiveness of the economic hotel has become an urgent problem for hotel managers.On the basis of reading the domestic and foreign literature, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the marketing and analyzes the organization structure, industrial structure, cost and income etc of LJ Economic hotel in Huizhou city. Secondly, we analyzes the existing problems and the reasons of LJ Economic hotel in Huizhou city based on the SWOT theory. Finally, the paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the marketing innovation of LJ Economic Hotel.This countermeasures mainly includes: strengthening the overall marketing concept, strengthening the management of the hotel management and innovation, expanding the marketing channel of the application by electronic commerce, developing proper product price and the internal organization structure of the Huizhou LJ economic hotel. These countermeasures and suggestions are important for the development o LJ Economic Hotel and these countermeasures also will be useful to the development of China’s relevant Economic Hotel.
