Two main aspects of the work are elaborated as follows.(1) To refine the two-sided matching decision making problem based on one demand for services which employers need and put forward an appropriate decision making method. The description for the many-to-one two-sided matching decision making problem based on one demand for services which employers need is given, and specific steps to solve the problem are also proposed. And according to the characteristics of the problem and many-to-one two-sided matching, to construct the multi-objective optimization model based on the satisfaction of employers and domestic services staffs.(2) To refine the two-sided matching decision making problem based on several demands for services which employers need and put forward an appropriate decision making method. The description for the many-to-many two-sided matching decision making problem based on several demands for services which employers need is given, and specific steps to solve the problem are also proposed. And according to the characteristics of the problem and many-to-many two-sided matching, to construct the multi-objective optimization model based on the satisfaction of employers and domestic services staffs and the number of services which employers need. The two-sided matching decision making problem between domestic services staffs and employers which this paper proposes is widespread and representative in the domestic service industry; The research framework for the two-sided matching decision making problem between domestic services staffs and employers provides a train of thought to improve the matching mechanism of the domestic service industry; The decision analysis methods can effectively solve the two-sided matching problem of one demand and several demands for services which employers need, and can further extend the ideas to research other matching issues in the domestic service industry.
