The Study On The Impact Of Financial Support For Agriculture On Farmer's Income

Since the new century,the Party and government emphasis on resolving Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area,the core of Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area is the problem of farmers' income.Financial support for agriculture is an important means used by the state to promote agricultural development and increase farmers' income.Our country has invested a lot in financial support for agriculture,and has been continuously introduced and strengthened preferential agricultural policies.But there still exist many problems,such as capital investment scattered,the efficiency of capital use is not high,investment in financial support for agriculture is not effective to improve the income of farmers and improve the living standards of farmers.Therefore,the financial support for agricultural funds for farmers to improve the level of income,which is the policy must be considered.This master's theses study the impact of financial support for agriculture on farmer's income,and take Taishun County as an example.This paper try to study the relationship between financial support for agriculture and farmer's income,supplemented by a specific case analysis,seriously analyze whether the financial expenditure of funds has greatly improve the living conditions of farmers.First of all,through the data collection,the paper analyzes the relationship between the financial investment and the income of farmers in Zhejiang Province.The result of the regression shows that the financial support funds have a great effect on raising the income of the peasants.Then,through the case study of Taishun County in Zhejiang Province,reviewed the fast development of agriculture in Taishun County this year,and listed their effective measures to support agriculture and increase income:(a).The development of modern ecological agriculture,farmers and industry linked to income;(b).Do a good job of poverty alleviation work,carry through "three strict three real" to eliminate poverty.According to the analysis of data and case,it is necessary to continue increasing the investment of financial support for agriculture,but we also have to strengthen the management of financial support for agriculture.This paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Refine the performance objectives of capital,strengthen the supervision of financial support for agricultural projects;2.Make performance appraisal results clear,build performance reward and punishment system;3.Strengthen the administrative supervision according to law,and earnestly safeguard the vital interests of the peasant masses;4.Match financial support for agriculture and social funds reasonably.
