Since The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, speeding up financial reform, our country developed a series of marketization and internationalization of financial reform policy. Subject to market demand, lightly regulated, factors such as competition intensifies, the traditional commercial Banks by the huge impact. Employee career development as an important part of human resource management is more and more brought to the attention of the enterprises, commercial Banks become more and more to the human resources management as an important means of enterprise sustainable development.The development of commercial banks is closely related to the management of staff and the development of the career development of employees. Branches and outlets are marketing and service of commercial banks of the bridgehead, directly represent the image and the level of commercial banks. A bank has the most extensive network system in our country, which is the target of the development strategy of the retail business. The essential condition of developing retail business is to have a high quality staff marketing service team, which is a necessary choice for A bank.This paper takes "A bank Q branch staff career management system design" as the thesis, take all kinds of research methods, to find the existing problems of A bank Q branch in human resource management and career management.
