In recent years, Chinese civil aviation industry has developed rapidly, and according to the data of CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China) published in the first half of2013aviation operations, passenger traffic grew about11%. With the increasing globalization of economy and the increasing internationalization of the market competition, most of the domestic airlines are facing severe challenges in the process of civil aviation industry sustainable development. Since the Third Plenary Session of16th proposed "adhere to the people-oriented, set up the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development view", lots of domestic enterprises increased attention to the importance of humanized management. At the same time, employee career development as an important part of human resource management brought more and more attention of the enterprise, and they make trying to do well on the human resources management as the enterprise orientation of sustainable development objective, and so the airlines.The growth of airlines is closely related with company’s staff management and employee career development. Although Ground Service Department (GSD) is just a primary sector of the airlines or airport, it is the direct service link of passenger, and even is direct image and quality representation of airlines. So it is not allow ignoring that ground service department employee career development is also an important part of airlines development.Therefore, this article chose the "The Employee Career Development System Design of Ground Service Department of Branch Q" as the topic. And this thesis chose Airlines S Branch Q Ground Service Department employee as the main object of study, use the way of combination of theoretical knowledge and practical, and the method of literature research and questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of occupation development plan of the company, we discovery some problems and disadvantages. Meanwhile based on the existing promotion channel, we researched, developed and designed a suitable occupation development channel to Ground Service Department employee of Branch Q, and design a complete set of training plan, improve the compensation system, strengthening the strict security system. Thereby we can build a more scientific and perfect career development system and to ensure that the system can implement smoothly. We hope that the career development system can support and assist the occupation development management of Branch Q HR, and help the human resources department do well on "selection, cultivation, use and keeping" of talent. Then we wish that it can provide better talent guarantee of the long-term development of the Branch Q, and also contribute to the sustainable development of Branch Q.
