Recently,the development of China's banking industry has experienced issues such as narrowing of deposit and loan interest rates,lower interest income,and high asset non-performing rate because the impact of the overall economic circumstance.In addition,other companies in the financial industry especially Internet banking has an effect on the traditional banking industry.M Bank urgently needs to provide employees with a stable and promising career channel design to compensate for the negative effects of income and welfare reduction for stabilizing the internal staff structure of the bank and ensuring the progress of the business.In view of the related theory of career,we have examined the current human resources situation of M Bank based on the interview survey of their employees and further analyzed the difficulties faced by bank employees in career planning process to propose optimization recommendations for overall employee career path.Currently,there are troubles include that lack of research on career path in M Bank,the development and promotion path of employees relatively simple,human resources policies and systems are not implemented properly.Thus,M Bank staffs have not made clear to career development and ultimately influence on the business development.Actually,it is imperative to design and improve the career path of M Bank employees.Professional channels were designed for the bank's base level of professional technical sequence and marketing sequence staff,and the management positions were open to both sequence employees.At the same time,new requirements have been put forward for talent selection,staff training,performance appraisal and salary incentive mechanism to meet the successfully implementation of the channel.
