Research On The E-commerce Logistics Mode Of Ems Shijiazhuang Branch

With the vigorous development of the E-commerce industry, China’s EMS ushers in the unprecedented opportunity, at the same time, also faces various pressure and challenges from international logistics enterprises, domestic private express enterprise and so on. In response to the advantages of E-commerce logistics mode, such as multiple variety, small and multiple batches, and short cycle, the traditional logistics pattern and operation mode gradually become the bottleneck which restricts the development of this industry. Therefore, constantly optimizing and improving the mode of E-business logistics mode become an urgent problem in China’s EMS.Taking the EMS Shijiazhuang Branch as the research object, this paper concentrates on the optimization of its E-commerce logistics mode, and focuses on the existing mode can not adapt to development needs, the mismatching storage and delivery, and the imperfect information system of current E-commerce logistics. On the basis of comprehensive analysis on those modes of Mature Enterprise Self-Management, the Third Party Logistics, Logistics Alliance and Logistics Integration, according to the advantages in this industry and its real conditions, this paper puts forward to Model Upgrade Scheme by the logistics alliance and corresponding optimal design. Moreover, this paper makes a research on the key technological points of Distribution Network Planning, Information Platform Construction, Partner Selection and Construction of Guarantee Mechanism for Operation, and renders the support in technology and management. The implementation of the thesis research results will play an important role on advancing the market competition ability of EMS Shijiazhuang Branch, and explore out a new thought with higher reference value for the reform and sustainable development of the whole EMS industry.
