This essay mainly studies on the operating mechanism that is suited to the Modern Agricultural Demonstration area of Dengta Basin, and how to innovate based on the current state, in order to fulfill its vast potential, and establish a large-scale leading enterprise cluster, develop regionalized production, to set an example to the surrounding areas, drive the development of regional economic, and lead the mountainous regions out of poverty. By learning from the advanced practice and successful experience of the modern agricultural demonstration areas of domestic and overseas, to explore and establish a new system of agricultural business which combines intensification, professionalization, systematization and socialization, create a new mode of land conversion which focus on the land bank, a new pattern of agricultural industrialization management, a new mode of production and marketing which is based on contract farming, a new way of financial support which focus on the fund integration and utilizing, a new mechanism of agricultural investment and financing with finance capital at the core, and a new measure of risk prevention which depends on agricultural insurance. By devoting to solve the restricted problems of the National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area of Dengta Basin, such as the tiny scale of operation, dispersion of investment, difficulty of financing, inadequate development of insurance industry and so forth, to make great efforts to accelerate traditional agriculture transforming to contemporary agriculture.
