Not only in the enterprises that the performance and salary is significant, even in the growing housekeeping service business, performance and salary is showing the necessity. The management is a big headache for domestic multiple small and medium housekeeping service companies. The more difficult among them is how to keep the better employees and to train better employees to get the acceptance from the employers.The design of the performance and salary system for the employees is made from the writer’s personal experiences and the plan of setting up a housekeeping service company in the future. Combining the theories and facts makes the design of theories and methods possible.Taking the typical three jobs, nannies, nursery maid and hour maid among the housekeeping service business for instance, design the performance and salary system combining the relevant performance appraisal, salary management and promotion theories in connection with the working time, contents and features. The design is on the basis of an ideal management mode, applying the relevant management methods, achieving the expected objective, that is, to keep, identify, promote and attract the talented people.
