In recent years,with the growth of our country'seconomic level,housekeeping industry is flourishing.Out-dated management methods of housekeeping service can't meet the needs of increasing housekeeping service quality and types.As the internet in our country develops rapidly,the internet housekeeping service O2 O provides a viable new idea to optimize housekeeping service management.This paper focuses on Guiyang Baode corporation to design a plan that how this company should optimize housekeeping service management.Firstly,the paper will analyze Guiyang Baode's operation status of housekeeping service section and give some advises on its housekeeping service management.Secondly,I will analyze the current situation of Guiyang Baode Company in the housekeeping industry of Guiyang by PEST,use Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the basic competitive situations of housekeeping 020 and analyze inside and outside conditions by SWOT to make synthesis and summary in all sides,and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages and chances and threats that will face if the company passes housekeeping 020 optimal management.Thirdly,according to the above research,I will design a elementary 020 housekeeping plan based on the characteristic of Guiyang Baode corporation which will state four elementary design ideas about the customer orientation of housekeeping service,discussions of offline process,design of production and the functions of this plan.Finally,I will summarize the value of 020 plan in this paper to Guiyang Baode corporation and the optimal effects on the corporation's service management.This paper takes Guiyang Baode corporation as specific research object to present the design idea of combining Guiyang Baode service section with internet 020 on basis of reality,it has very significant meaning that will optimize housekeeping service management and greatly improve the efficiency and level of housekeeping service management.The research can generalize in Guizhou Province,and it has some significances to raise the field of housekeeping service management ofGuizhou which is underdeveloped area.
