A Study On Service Quality Improvement Of Housekeeping Adapting To The Modern Household Industry Development In Yuhang

Housekeeping service is a process that aims at the family service and assists family members to carry out practical operation and scientific management of their various kinds of affairs.With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,housekeeping service has gradually entered into the life of ordinary social groups.At present,Chinese society is gradually showing the characteristics of modern economy and society:family miniaturization,aging population and labor socialization.It's not only stimulates the demand development of housekeeping service,but also expands the connotation of domestic service,which transform the traditional extensive nanny housekeeping into the modern intensive personalized one.Due to the late start of the housekeeping service industry,there are still many problems in the housekeeping market in Yuhang district of Hangzhou,and it is difficult to develop modern homemarking.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and field interviews and other methods,by use of Excel statistical software for data to sort and concrete analysis,summarized the yuhang district of domestic service industry development present situation,discovered the problems existing in the domestic service personnel and the deficiency of domestic training.The current problems include unreasonable structure,lack of professional skills,formalized training,outdated social ideas,backward management mode and lack of government support.And the study proposed strategies involving industry standards making,relative laws and regulations legislation,responsibility main body definitude,policy support intensify,staff system management mode establishment,housekeeping education development,personnel structure optimization,training mechanism improvement.
