As China’s economic transformation and upgrading, the improvement of residents’ consumption ability, the residents’ consumption experience is becoming more urgent demand, satisfy the customer consumption experience ability become the key factors which restrict the development of the retail enterprise in the future. Due to the development of information technology, retail enterprise’s way to get the competitive advantage in the future there will be a big change, from the traditional focus on internal management to through the chain operation, reduce the inventory to win competitive advantages, in the experience economy and society, however, the retail enterprises not only need to put in supply chain to consider their position above, also need to enterprise’s innovation activities based on consumer demand. Whether the retail business innovation become customer experience value, the key to enterprise network capacity, retail enterprise how to through the customer experience value and enterprise network ability to improve enterprise innovation performance? Scholars focu on this research problems in the background of "experience economy" and global value chainFirstly, based on the literature research of retail business innovation, experience value, network capability and innovation performance of the relevant theories were reviewed, based on this, constructed the experience value, the network capacity as intermediary variable of retail business innovation mechanism of initial model influence on innovation performance. Secondly, the use of a single exploratory case study, the initial model was refined and amended, introduce relevant control variables, found the experience value and the interaction of the network capability and to deepen the connotation of the network capability. Finally, using the method of empirical research, mainly choose the questionnaire survey to retail enterprises in zhe jiang province, Using SPSS22.0 descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the recovery of valid data validity, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis, Using AMOS21.0 of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model inspection, empirical results discussed. Finally we got a set of conclusions, details as follows:First, the retail business innovation experience value, respectively, network capability and enterprise innovation performance has a positive impact on relations. Namely retail business innovation activities more frequently, the better the customer experience value, higher corporate network capability, better innovation performance; Second, the experience value and network capacity respectively has a positive effect on innovation performance. That is the higher the value of the customer experience, better innovation performance, in the same manner, the enterprise network, the stronger, better innovation performance; Third, the value of experience and networking capabilities were partially mediated the impact of the retail business innovation performance in innovation. That is the impact on innovation performance of retail business innovation, some effects need to experience the value of network capabilities to conduction; Fourth, the overall ability to experience value and network intermediary effect significantly, explains the experience value and ability at the same time as the retail business innovation influence on innovation performance of intermediary variable is reasonable, and the mediation effect of 0.313 as a whole.By exploring for that questions, digging out retail business innovation, experience relationship value, network capacity and innovation performance between the four of our retail business to provide a theoretical guidance and practical advice on 020 upgrade path.
