The Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Hub-form’s Innovation Capability And The Innovation Performance Of The Innovation Networks

In recent years, Under the rapid development of globalization process. network organizations are getting increasingly attentioned by scholars, and network innovation performance is especially one of the focus. In previous study, scholars had further studied on how the innovation capability affect the innovation performance under hierarchic organization, but Hub-form’s innovation capability have a different way to affect the network innovation performance under the innovation network. Therefore, It is necessary to have a further research about the influence dimension of Hub-form’s innovation capability and how it affect network innovation performance in view of Innovation network.On the basis of former scholars’research conclusion, this Paper put forward the theoretical hypothesis between Hub-form’s innovation ability and network innovation performance, and added two variables (organization study and trust) into the model of Hub-form’s innovation capability and network innovation performance. Secondly, this Paper collected data by questionnaires, then used SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0to conduct reliability analysis, KMO test and validity analysis. When the results was suitable for causality analysis, this Paper conducted fitting analysis between Hub-form’s innovation capability and network innovation performance by structural equation model to test whether Hub-form’s innovation ability could promote network innovation performance. At last, this Paper obtained the relative conclusions, Put forward management suggestions, Point out the defects of this study and the direction of further study.This Paper concluded innovations as followed:1.This Paper summarized the Influence dimensions of the Hub-form’s innovation capability under innovation network environment using theoretical analysis and empirical test.2. On the basis of organizational behavior view, this Paper identified relationship Path between Hub-form’s innovation ability and the network innovation performance under the innovation network environment, and test it by structural equation model.
